| Blackberry Wine Cake
1 Box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix, 4 Eggs, 1-6oz Box Red Raspberry Jell-O, 1 Cup Wesson Oil, 1 Cup Blackberry Wine.
Directions For Cake:
Spray bundt pan with Pam or Oil. Mix ingredients according to cake package instructions. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes for a large bundt pan (22 to 25 minutes for a small bundt pan). Test with toothpick to make sure it's done (No cake should stick to the toothpick). While the cake is baking, you can prepare the icing.
1 Cup Powdered Sugar,
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Blackberry Wine
Mix powdered sugar and wine together in a bowl or cup. Pour over warm cake and serve.
